If you are bouncing around, undecisive and not following the proven plan of attack, then you will not be perceived as the leader and your business will be very slow to succeed or fail all together.
3. Be Organized
If you want to reach the goals that you have set for yourself and your team, then being organized is critical. You must organize your time and your efforts and be consistent with your schedule. So take the proven plan that you have learned and break it down to fit your schedule. Commit to your schedule and follow through. All businesses have plans and schedules that they must meet in order to be successful. Your business is no different.
